People can be disappointed in me, and not respect me anymore, but that doesn’t mean I don’t respect others for their identities. Believe me, one of my closest friends is an otherkin, and another a fictionkin. I respect both of them and their choices. And I never mean any harm by joking.
Please don’t be one of those people and take light humor as something that is attacking you or oppressing you. That just makes you look immature and incapable of handling anything. I have done nothing to troll anyone, oppress anyone or hurt anyone.
You can identify as what you want, whether it be a blanket, Karkat or an angel, or whatever. But I reserve the right to sometimes question phantom limbs, as I can’t understand it. And as a normal, sane person, I will make jokes. Not out of cruelty, but as a manner of coping with confusion and things I don’t understand.
